We import our own fashion geared primarily to the juniors and young contemporary segments. We carry a large assortment and like to deliver great fashion and great value to our customers. We also have strong relationships with some other popular fashion brands like Dollhouse where we feature key categories at substantial savings.
 
Tax Policy
You agree that you as buyer and we as shop owner are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as shop owner we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law. You agree (a) that Rakuten.com has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold Rakuten.com harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Rakuten.com currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.

We ship to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.  We also ship to AFPO and PO Boxes.  Please allow 2-3 days for order processing.  We have multiple warehouses across the US and will email shipping and tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. 

If we shipped and sold your item, then you can return those items to us within thirty (30) days of the ship date. This policy does not apply if a different return policy is stated on the item's listing information.  

  • There are no returns on intimates or bathing suits if the guards are not in place.  
  • Returns must be in the same condition as received including all tags and labels
  • Classic Designs will send a prepaid shipping label for defective product in other return situations the customer is responsible for return postage.

What to do if Your Order has been Shipped or Delivered

Rakuten.com Shopping holds its marketplace shop owners to high standards of quality, so you can expect a response back within one business day after contacting us.

What to do if Your Order is being Processed
If your order has not shipped, then you can click on our name in messaging located under 'Available Actions' to open up an email message with our email address already populated. Rakuten.com Shopping holds its marketplace shop owners to high standards of quality, so you can expect a response back from within one business day after contacting us.
